'If your child gets lost or separated in public...': Ex-army doctor shares 5 rules parents should teach

An ex-army doctor has shared a child safety plan for parents to follow if children get separated in a crowded public place. The advice includes teaching children to stop and stay, yell for help, approach trusted adults, memorise a parent's phone number and use a family code word.
