Former IAS officer Divya Mittal has announced her independent entry into politics, saying she will begin her political journey in Uttar Pradesh and work to amplify the grievances of people whose voices often go unheard. Mittal, who resigned from the IAS after a 13-year administrative career, said her initiative will focus on accountability, systemic change and grassroots participation.
