HC closes contempt case against SpiceJet chairman

The Delhi High Court has closed contempt proceedings against SpiceJet's chairman and directors. This action follows their failure to fully comply with a court order. The court noted the main case against the airline was already disposed of. TWC Aviation Capital can now file an execution petition for asset possession. The airline had been ordered to hand over two Boeing aircraft and three engines.
