Eight people from Assam safely rescued from Nepal after flash flood: Himanta

Eight individuals from Assam have been rescued from Nepal after devastating flash floods struck the country. These rescued persons are currently being brought back to Assam and are expected home soon. The state government is actively working to locate and safely return other missing people. Earlier reports indicated ten people from Assam were missing following the natural disaster.
