DK Shivakumar tweaked NICE project for own & businessman Ashok Khenys benefit: HD Kumaraswamy

Union Steel Minister HD Kumaraswamy has accused Chief Minister DK Shivakumar of modifying the BMIC project framework. He claims these changes were made to benefit businessman Ashok Kheny and Shivakumar's family. Kumaraswamy released documents that allegedly show increased land requirements for the project. Allegations include fraudulent agreements and improper land acquisition that involved Shivakumar's family members. Kumaraswamy questions the need for further expansion of the NICE project towards Mysuru.
