California Governor Gavin Newsom has listed his sprawling 8.2-acre Fair Oaks mansion for $7.5 million, months before his second term ends in January 2027. The luxury estate features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, gym and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar. Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, moved into the Fair Oaks residence in 2019.
