Calcutta HC extends interim order on AITC's three HDFC Bank accounts till January 29

In a significant ruling, the Calcutta High Court has extended the interim order on three AITC bank accounts, which will stay in effect until January 29, 2027. A Special Officer will oversee these accounts, ensuring essential financial transactions take place during an internal party conflict. The Election Commission of India is also evaluating rival claims regarding the identity of the party.
