BRICS Summit 2026: PM Modi launches two postage stamps commemorating 20 years of the bloc

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday announced the unanimous adoption of the New Delhi Declaration 2026 at the BRICS Summit, following intensive negotiations. He also proposed 10 global governance reform measures to form a BRICS Reform Roadmap, covering representation, responsiveness and rule-making, besides suggesting a Seafarers Emergency Support Network.
