Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati moves Allahabad HC seeking anticipatory bail in POCSO case

Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati has approached the Allahabad High Court for anticipatory bail. He faces charges of sexual harassment involving minor children and other offenses. An FIR was filed at Jhunsi police station in Prayagraj. The allegations stem from complaints of sexual abuse at a gurukul and during religious gatherings.
