Asian Games 2026: Manpreet Kaur clinches women's shot put bronze with 17.17m throw

Manpreet Kaur secured a bronze medal in women's shot put at the Asian Games. She achieved this with a throw of 17.17m on Friday. Earlier this year, Manpreet had won the National Inter-State Championships with a throw of 17.75m. The gold medal was won by Song Jiayuan from China, while silver went to Zhang Linru. Manpreet's personal best remains 18.06m, achieved last year.
