AI lifting India Inc's productivity as well as workload: Report

AI adoption is reshaping workplaces in India, with 81% of employees surveyed by Korn Ferry saying the technology has improved efficiency and 79% reporting higher productivity than a year ago. However, the gains are accompanied by rising workloads, with 78% reporting a significant increase in workload and 73% saying AI has expanded the number of tasks in their roles. Nearly three-fourths said they were handling responsibilities across multiple roles.
