Dealer's car trip to another service centre ends in crash; customer wins Rs 4.25 lakh

The commission found the dealer responsible for not ensuring reasonable care and unauthorized use of the vehicle. The insurer rejected the claim citing a delay, but the commission deemed this arbitrary and inadequate.
