Indian Army officers' paper on cognitive warfare cited by NATO; what it says about modern-day conflicts

A paper authored by two Indian Army veterans, Lieutenant General DS Hooda (Retd) and Lieutenant Colonel Pavithran Rajan (Retd), has been extensively cited in an international study on hybrid warfare co-funded by NATO, in what former Chief of Army Staff and Mizoram Governor General VK Singh (Retd) described as a landmark achievement for Indian strategic thought.
