Whistling, pulling hand of girl not sexual harassment: Madras HC

The Madras High Court has suspended a three-year sentence for a man. He was convicted under the Pocso Act for his actions. The court stated whistling and pulling a child's hand is harassment. Such acts cannot be straightaway termed as sexual intent. The appeal challenging the trial court order is pending disposal.
