No-handshake policy continues as Iyer, Farhan skip handshake at Asian Games final

Shreyas Iyer and Sahibzada Farhan maintained their no-handshake practice at the toss for the final match. This tradition has been ongoing since the 2025 Asia Cup, reflecting the tensions between India and Pakistan. India won the toss and decided to bat first in this crucial gold-medal game. India's lineup remained unchanged, featuring young Vaibhav Sooryavanshi at the top alongside Abhishek Sharma.
