CWG 2026: India win seven boxing golds as Preeti Pawar sets the tone

Preeti Pawar initiated India's gold medal streak in boxing at the Commonwealth Games. Several other Indian boxers followed her lead, securing multiple gold medals. Jaismine Lamboria and Sakshi Chaudhary also won their respective finals convincingly. Priya Ghanghas and Arundhati Choudhary added to the gold medal tally with strong performances. However, some Indian boxers like Jadumani Singh and Lovlina Borgohain secured silver and lost their finals.
