SoftBank-backed AceVector's Rs 420-cr IPO to open on Sep 25; sets price band at Rs 30-32/share

AceVector Ltd has set its initial public offering price band at Rs 30-32 per share. The company's Rs 420-crore IPO will open for public subscription on September 25. This offering includes a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders. AceVector operates a digital commerce ecosystem which includes Snapdeal and Unicommerce. The company is scheduled to debut on the stock market on October 5.
