IPL cleared for Chinnaswamy stadium: Parameshwara

Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium will host IPL matches. The Karnataka government has given in-principle approval. This comes after a stampede incident last year. The Karnataka State Cricket Association must meet safety recommendations. A committee will oversee match conduct. Increased police personnel will be deployed. Future celebrations at the venue will be decided separately.
