Nepal has not asked for any compensation from India, says Nepal Foreign Minister

Nepal Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal clarified that Kathmandu has not sought climate compensation from India or other countries following devastating floods. He urged regional and global cooperation to address climate change impacts in the Himalayas, while thanking India for swift relief, rescue and forensic assistance as Nepals death toll reached 1,259.
