Delhi-Kathmandu bus service suspended for two days after Nepal flash floods

The Delhi government has temporarily suspended the Indo-Nepal bus service. This precautionary measure follows massive flash floods in Nepal which disrupted road connectivity. Road transportation on the Delhi-Kathmandu route in Nepal has been completely shut. The suspension covers bus trips scheduled for August 28 and August 29. Rescue and relief operations continue in Nepal after the widespread destruction.
