Tescos India GCC transforms from a basic dashboard to cockpit in last 20 years

Its team in Bengaluru developed several AI algorithms that helped deliver around 670 million personalised offers to approximately 14-15 million customers of the British retail chain. The GCC processes payroll worth around 5.5-6 billion annually from India for the retailers 340,000 employees worldwide. The team connects store, customer, supply-chain, market and competition data and translates it into decisions aimed at driving growth and profitability
