Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO price band fixed at Rs 190-201 for Rs 1,700 crore IPO; issue opens on August 17

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has set the price band for its Rs 1,700-crore IPO at Rs 190-201 per share. The issue comprises a Rs 1,200-crore fresh issue and a Rs 500-crore OFS by promoter Kiran Kumar Jain. With 61 stores across southern India and a strong presence in Tier II and III cities, the IPO opens on August 17.
