Parliament not functioning because of Modi, Shah; they're afraid of coming to House: Mallikarjun Kharge

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge questioned Home Minister Amit Shah's silence on student atrocities. He stated the government is responsible for the ongoing paralysis in both Parliament houses.
