Will government raise Rs 21,000 ESIC wage ceiling? Here's what Labour Ministry said

The ESIC wage ceiling is periodically increased by the government. The last revision raised the limit to twenty-one thousand rupees monthly. The Code on Social Security, 2020, now encompasses more establishments. Gig and unorganised workers are now covered under the ESIC scheme. Attendance restrictions for seasonal workers' treatment remain unchanged.
