Rajya Sabha polls: 8 fresh BJP faces for UP, Hardeep Puri among 2 ministers dropped

BJP has chosen not to renominate Union ministers Hardeep Singh Puri and B L Verma for Rajya Sabha. This decision raises speculation about a possible reshuffle of the council of ministers by PM Narendra Modi. Since several ministers have been given organization roles, it indicates their continuation in government may be unlikely. Puri's term ends in November, and he may be reassigned for the Punjab assembly polls.
