Paid for 10 weight-loss sessions, attended 4: Woman wins Rs 86,200 from clinic

A consumer commission in Tamil Nadu ruled in favor of a woman regarding her cryotherapy package complaint. She received a refund of Rs 51,200 and compensation for mental distress. The commission found the clinic deficient in service without sufficient treatment documentation. Although some complaints were not upheld, the clinic's failure to provide services warranted the refund. The clinic must pay the amounts within 45 days or face interest penalties.
