Govt seeks 2 years to frame creamy layer criteria for PSU, private staff kids

In its application, Centre said, On account of the serious challenges and implications with the implementation of the directions of SC, govt is committed to bring out a policy which will effectively address the observations made by SC, while also ensuring that the direct and indirect impact of the policy is fair and just.
