Government makes sale of E20 petrol with minimum RON 95 mandatory from April 1; what it means

In a notification issued on February 17, the oil ministry has said that oil marketing companies must supply ethanol-mixed motor spirit (petrol) containing ethanol up to 20%, in accordance with specifications set by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
