Left parties to contest in Tamil Nadu bypolls; CPI to field candidate in Dharapuram, CPI(M) in Madurantakam

Candidates to be announced on September 15. According to Mr. Veerapandian, the upcoming bypolls in the Madurantakam and Dharapuram constituencies are not normal byelections, but what he termed as byelections imposed on people.
