India faces 100 per cent US tariff threat as Senate backs Russia sanctions bill

The US Senate has passed a bipartisan Russia sanctions bill by an 86-11 vote that could allow President Donald Trump to impose 100 per cent tariffs on goods from countries among the top five importers of Russian oil and gas, including India and China.
