Younger son gets compassionate govt job after father's death; HC cancels his appointment and rules that elder son should get priority

Chhattisgarh High Court has cancelled a compassionate appointment given to a younger son after his father, a government employee, died in service, ruling that the elder son should have been considered first. The court held that where two sons are eligible, seniority of age determines priority, and directed a fresh order within 30 days.
