Slap row: Delhi Police files non-cognisable report for voluntarily causing hurt against Parvesh Verma

Delhi Police has filed a non-cognisable report against PWD Minister Parvesh Verma under Section 115 of the BNS after he allegedly slapped a man during a road inspection in west Delhi. The incident, captured on video, followed an AAP MLA questioning the quality of newly laid roadwork.
