Satya Niketan building collapse most unfortunate; MCD, DU responsible too: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court deemed the building collapse tragedy most unfortunate. Authorities were urged to intensify rescue efforts to save trapped individuals. The court assigned responsibility to building owners, MCD, and Delhi University. Separate replies from authorities are due within ten days.
