SC agrees to hear on Oct 5 West Bengal's plea challenging interim bail to Nandigram bypoll candidate Milan Pradhan

The West Bengal government's plea against Milan Pradhan's interim bail will be heard by the Supreme Court soon. Pradhan was granted bail for six criminal cases linked to the 2007 Nandigram anti-land acquisition protests. The Calcutta High Court has allowed him to campaign for the upcoming Nandigram bypoll scheduled for October 6.
