Psychology says people who keep postponing appliance maintenance may be falling into a predictable mental trap

Putting off an AC service does not reveal someones personality on its own. The delay may have a straightforward explanation: servicing could feel too expensive, finding a reliable technician may be difficult, the AC might be used infrequently, its recommended maintenance schedule may be different, or other responsibilities may simply feel more pressing.
