Odisha orders automatic salary cut for employees who default on maintenance payment to divorced wife: Here's how it will work

The Odisha government has ordered automatic salary deductions for state employees who fail to pay court-mandated alimony or maintenance to estranged wives and children. The amount will be transferred directly to beneficiaries, with cases to be tracked through the states HRMS system.
