Mamata Banerjees niece found hanging at Birbhum residence

Bristi Mukherjee, niece of TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee, was found hanging at her residence. The 28-year-old's body was recovered from her home in Birbhum district on Tuesday. Family members stated she had been suffering from depression and undergoing treatment for years. Mukherjee had recently lost her job after a Supreme Court order cancelled recruitments. An investigation is currently underway to establish the circumstances of her death.
