MBA graduate pays Rs 84,960 for '100% placement guarantee' course but gets no job: Court orders over Rs 1 lakh payout

An MBA graduate who paid Rs 84,960 for an online AI product management course after being promised 100 percent guaranteed placement has secured a refund from a Punjab consumer commission. The Gurdaspur District Consumer Commission directed Eduinx Education Services to refund the course fee, pay Rs 10,000 compensation and Rs 5,000 litigation costs, finding the placement commitment was not fulfilled.
