Kumaraswamy urges DK to takeover of NICE toll roads, halt to toll collection

Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy urged Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the NICE project. He called for an immediate halt to unauthorized toll collection on Bengaluru's NICE roads.
