Jharkhand protest: Devendra Mahto writes to civil surgeon seeking permission to return to site

JLKM leader Devendra Mahto is seeking hospital discharge to rejoin a student protest. He has been on a hunger strike for eleven days over recruitment exam irregularities. Mahto was hospitalized after his health deteriorated during a student march to the assembly. He stated his soul remains with the agitating students at the protest site.
