Jammu NCB busts Pak-linked heroin cartel, arrests three

Narcotics Control Bureau Jammu busted a cross-border heroin trafficking cartel. They seized over five kilograms of heroin valued at eleven crore rupees. Three individuals were arrested, including the alleged mastermind from Leh. This seizure follows two earlier heroin confiscations by the agency this month. Investigations are ongoing to identify all cartel members and their links.
