Ironhill India crafts overseas merger with US beer chain

Ironhill has acquired its US namesake through bankruptcy proceedings, creating a 450-crore hospitality group. The Indian microbrewery chain has invested about $7 million in the US business and plans to expand its combined network to around 43 outlets by 2030.
