Actor Ricky Schroder and his wife, designer-entrepreneur Andrea Schroder, have sold their longtime Topanga ranch for $9.3 million, records show. The equestrian compound consists of three parcels totaling close to 30 acres and includes a Spanish-style main house, guest house, organic gardens, orchards, trails, a barn, and riding ring. The Schroders acquired the property in 2005 after returning to the Los Angeles area from Colorado, seeking space for their children and animals, according to the Los Angeles Times. The property was sold outside the Multiple Listing Service, with Aaron Kirman of Compass handling both sides of the deal.
