Home Minister must speak on police excesses, PM on 'chanda chori' issue: Congress

Parliament has been disrupted for fifteen consecutive days due to opposition demands. The Congress party alleges Home Minister Amit Shah refuses to address student police brutality. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also not spoken on alleged donation theft issues. These disruptions have prevented normal functioning in both houses of Parliament.
