Former HDIL chairman Rakesh Wadhawan seeks probe into 'Rs 600 cr loan transfer'

Rakesh Wadhawan has accused Yes Bank of illegally assigning a Rs 600 crore loan. This loan was for a firm he promoted and was transferred in 2017. The complaint alleges the transfer lacked independent valuation and RBI compliance. This comes amid investigations into Suraksha ARC and former Yes Bank officials. The Enforcement Directorate is also probing similar alleged collusion.
