Entry of Bangladeshi wife of Indian national into India rightly refused by immigration: HC

The Calcutta High Court dismissed a petition seeking entry for a Bangladeshi woman married to an Indian citizen. The court stated that her entry was rightfully refused by immigration authorities due to fraudulent documents. Immigration officials reported that the woman obtained an Indian voter card and PAN card fraudulently. Her last visa was valid until September 2026, but she was denied entry in August.
