Delhi HC set to rule on Daiichi Sankyo arbitration case

The Delhi High Court is expected to rule this week on Daiichi Sankyos long-running arbitration dispute with former Fortis promoters Malvinder and Shivinder Singh. The Singapore arbitration award, linked to the 2008 Ranbaxy sale, has risen to about 5,200 crore including interest.
