Asian Games 2026: India bag second straight Kabaddi gold after defeating Iran

India claimed gold medals in both men's and women's kabaddi at the Asian Games held in Hangzhou. The mens team won the final against Iran with a score of 40-34, reclaiming their title after the 2018 loss. Earlier, the womens team also secured victory against Iran by a score of 37-34, despite a strong second-half challenge. This victory marks Indias ninth overall gold medal in kabaddi at the Asian Games.
