Antilia bomb scare: HC bench recuses from hearing NIA's appeal against bail to ex-cop Sachin Waze

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday recused itself from hearing the NIAs appeal against bail granted to dismissed cop Sachin Waze in the 2021 Antilia bomb scare case. Justices Bharati Dangre and Ashish Chavan said they had difficulties hearing the matter and directed that it be placed before another bench. The NIA had challenged the special courts finding that it failed to establish a prima facie terrorism case against Waze under the UAPA.
