Maharashtra FDA withdraws Cipla licence cancellation order after HC pulls it up

The regulator informed the court that it would withdraw the licence cancellation order immediately and issue a fresh show-cause notice to Cipla. A reasoned order will subsequently be passed after following the prescribed procedure
